Payment and Refund Policy

Payments are submitted for administrator verification before wallet credit. Clients must provide an accurate reference and amount. After campaign confirmation, the estimated cost may be reserved. If a scheduled campaign is cancelled before sending, eligible reserved funds return to the available balance. Final cost depends on personalized SMS units and provider reporting. Failed or rejected submissions are reconciled according to provider status. A request to refund money outside the wallet requires review of payment, usage, provider charges and service terms.
