We retain account, contact, recipient, campaign, payment, delivery, device/login and audit information needed to operate the service.
2. Purposes
Data is used to verify accounts, provide services, prevent fraud, send notifications, provide support and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing
Data may be shared with SMS, email, hosting or payment providers only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell contact lists for third-party marketing.
4. Security and retention
We use access controls, audit logs and backups. Data is retained as needed for service, security, payment and legal purposes.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion where applicable by contacting sms@nyanzaflash.com.
6. Recipient data
Clients uploading recipient data are responsible for having permission or another lawful basis to use it.
Request account or data deletion
Company policy: necessary payment, transaction and invoice records, security/policy acceptance audit evidence, and the minimal deletion-request record are retained for up to 2 years after account deletion or request closure, with access restricted to authorized staff. They are not used for marketing. A specific lawful hold may require longer retention; we will explain its scope, reason and applicable duration rather than retaining all account data indefinitely.
