1. Service Nyanza Flash SMS provides tools to prepare, schedule and send messages, invitations and related communications. 2. Accounts Users must provide accurate information, protect passwords and OTPs, and prevent unauthorized access. 3. User responsibility Users must have a lawful basis to contact recipients, use authorized Sender IDs and respect STOP/opt-out requests. 4. Charges and providers Estimates depend on SMS units, encoding, placeholders and the price at confirmation. Delivery depends on networks and providers. 5. Suspension We may restrict activity involving fraud, spam, security risks or violations of law or policy. 6. Changes Material changes require renewed acceptance before continued app use. Service notices and marketing By accepting these terms, you agree to receive essential account, security, payment and service-operation notices through your registered phone number or email. These notices are separate from promotions and offers. Promotions and offers are optional. The signup option is preselected; you may untick it before registering or change your preference later. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service notices.
