Acceptable Use Policy

Spam, fraud, phishing, threats, harassment, unlawful content, deception and messaging contacts without a lawful basis are prohibited. Sender IDs must be legitimate and authorized. Impersonating another person or organization is prohibited. Clients must respect opt-out, STOP and suppression lists. Re-adding an opted-out number without permission is prohibited. We may suspend a campaign or account, preserve audit evidence and cooperate with authorities where required.
